General Information
To Make a Reservation
Please make your reservation in person with Bridget or by telephone on 619-990-4500.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and I will be happy to reschedule, otherwise I reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment.
On Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment to allow time to fill out a client health history. I will then collect you and you can then change into a gown (when required). This is your time to relax and escape. Please turn off your cell phone and pager. During your service if you like chatting, I’ll chat. But if you prefer to relax in silence, I want you to feel comfortable doing so. Treatments begin and end punctually and latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
For Your Protection
Our instruments are sterilized using a medical grade autoclave to prevent infection and cross contamination and to ensure safety.
Treatment Series
All treatments are available as series of 6, 8 or 12 treatments and may be paid for at time of each visit. Any discount will be applied on the final treatment. A series of six treatments will expire after six months. A series or 8 or 12 treatments will expire respectively. Exception to this rule is our "Reunion Special" which consists of a series of three treatments and must be paid in full at time of first visit.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in amounts of $25 and up. These should be used within six months of the purchase date.
How to Pay
Payment can be made either by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
Pre- and Post- Waxing Information
Avoid alcohol, caffeine or aspirin before hair removal. Avoid excessive exercise, sun, hot showers, body lotions and oils before and after hair removal. Hair removal will not be performed on clientele currently taking Accutane, Retin A or antibiotics due to the sensitivity these products cause to the skin.
